Our Response to COVID-19
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Alton & Westall Real Estate Agency.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
Second, at Alton & Westall, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, brokers, sales associates, families and communities. Although the State of Massachusetts has deemed Real Estate as an essential business we have temporarily closed our offices on Spring Street and Water Street to walk-in traffic. We have asked all of our team members to work with our clients and customers through digital channels as much as possible as many of the real estate functions can be conducted online, by phone or email.
Lastly, if a personal meeting on a potential listing or a showing of a property is deemed necessary rest assured Alton & Westall has adopted the safety measures as recommended by the National Association of Realtors. Based on the type of meeting and whether or not the listing is currently occupied will dictate the safety measures taken. For more detail please do not hesitate to ask your sales associate for more detail or email us at info@altonwestall.com.
Thank you very much. Stay safe and healthy. See you back in the community soon.
